After graduating or after September 13, 2020, you will no longer be able to access Foliotek through Canvas. If you have an active subscription to Foliotek, you may continue to access and use it by logging in directly on the Foliotek page.
To access Foliotek, you will need to login to Foliotek with your Foliotek username and password. To retrieve your username and set your password, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Foliotek Login page.
- Click on Forgot your username or password?

- Enter your Rollins email address (or primary email address associated with your Foliotek account). Click Email Reset Link.

- Check your Rollins email account to find an email titled “Requested Foliotek Password Reset Link.” Click on Reset Password.
A. Take note of the username provided — you will need this to log in in the future.

- Enter a password for your account and click Reset Password.

- You will be redirected to the dashboard of your Foliotek account. You can now use your username and password to login.
Export a portfolio
Check the Foliotek License Expiration Date
- Log into Foliotek
- Go to the profile area
- Locate the License: section around the center of the screen. Your Foliotek account's expiration date will appear in the center of the screen
