How to retrieve a computer's IP address

Mac Computer

  1. Open System Settings
  2. Select Wi-Fi from the left hand menu
  3. Select Details... next to the network you are connected to
  4. IP address will be listed in the window

Windows Computer

  1. Open Windows settings
  2. Select Network & Internet
  3. Select Wi-Fi then select the Wi-Fi network you are connected to
  4. IP address will be listed under properties
