Overview
All employees can submit a notice in MyRollins. These notices can display as a notification or in the activity feed of the platform. All notices must be approved by a MyRollins admin. Please allow up to 3 business days for the approval. 
Instructions
	- Select Announcements from the left column menu.
 
	- Click + Add Announcement.
 
	- Click the Add title box to type in the title of the notice.
 
	- Click the Add message box to type in the notice message.
 
	- Choose your message's recipients by clicking Select audience. Audience options are:
	
		- Everyone (all students, faculty, staff)
 
		- Staff [AUTO]
 
		- Active Faculty [AUTO]
		
			- College of Liberal Arts/A&S Faculty [AUTO]
 
			- Crummer School of Business Faculty [AUTO]
 
			- Hamilton Holt Faculty [AUTO]
 
		
		 
		- Student [AUTO]
		
			- CLA Student [AUTO]
 
			- Crummer Student [AUTO]
 
			- Holt Student [AUTO]
 
		
		 
	
	 
	- Choose your delivery methods (how you want this announcement to be sent) by clicking the 3 Delivery Channels drop-down. Options are:
	
		- Notifications (bell icon to the left of your profile picture)
 
		- Activity (located in the left column in the activity feed)
 
	
	 
	- Notices have the following additional options:
	
		- Image upload
 
		- Attachment upload 
 
		- Scheduling of notices
 
		- Expiration of notices
		
			- The announcement guidelines article lists the time restrictions on announcements.
 
		
		 
	
	 
	- Click Send
